Semifreddo is an Italian dessert meaning “half frozen” and is like ice cream cake in texture but is delicious smooth and creamy. Each semifreddo cake is made by hand here on the farm using our own cows milk.
White Choc Pistachio

A handcrafted semifreddo made with velvety white chocolate, topped with white chocolate drizzle and Dubai Kunafa , pistachio pieces, and creamy chunks of white chocolate — a perfect harmony of sweetness and texture.
Choc Orange Honeycomb

Rich chocolate orange semifreddo blended with crunchy honeycomb pieces, drizzled in smooth chocolate and topped with Terry’s chocolate honeycomb chunks. Finished with a touch of golden shimmer for a truly indulgent treat.
Trifle

A modern semifreddo inspired by the beloved trifle. Layers of sponge, strawberry, custard and cream flavours come together and a touch of sprinkles for nostalgia and charm.

Don’t worry about the journey home, the Semifreddo Cake can last up to 1 hour out of the freezer without melting

Proudly produced by the Jones Family at Mynydd Mostyn, our fresh milk comes from our heard of free range cows.
They graze overlooking the Clwydian Range and the Irish Sea whilst producing nutritious milk from grass to glass the sustainable way.
